🔁 Return Policy

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return policy carefully:

📦 Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

🎥 Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • An unboxing video is required to request a return.
  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package before opening
    • The entire unboxing process without cuts
    • The issue/defect (if any)

👉 Without an unboxing video, return requests will not be accepted.

❌ Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • No unboxing video is provided
  • Request is made after 3 days
  • Product is used, damaged, or missing parts
  • Issue is due to normal wear or misuse

🔄 Return Process

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  2. Share your order ID + unboxing video
  3. Our team will review and approve the request
  4. Once approved, return instructions will be provided

💰 Refund / Replacement

  • After inspection, we will offer:
    • Replacement (if available) OR
    • Refund to original payment method
